SHIPPING

At Sofia's Fashion we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

Deliveries to the Netherlands are handled through DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by Sofia's Fashion are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm GMT and Saturday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm GMT (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. There is a extra fee of $10 for every package.
